Bill Kitterman
Bill joined Bremco in 1992 as a Territory Manager with for Maine, NH, and Vermont with the responsibility for all sales and construction functions for both ASME work as well as mechanical work. Bill’s initial role was supporting paper mills (Recovery boilers, boilers, both hog and oil fired, as well as lime kiln repairs) and WTE (waste to energy) plants.
In 1995 was promoted to Operations Manager with responsibility for all construction functions primarily to lead outage support for HRSG repair scopes. Through Bill’s innovation Bremco was one of the first contractors to have the ability to field weld 2205 which was used to replace 304ss feedwater panels because of stress corrosion cracking (SCC). As cycling in the HRSG market became more prevalent Bremco devised a method of separating common headers in units that had dual pressures, to a single header. The Bremco team was also instrumental in the design and installation of “no crane” stack dampers which has been retrofitted in over 20 units.
In 2000, Bill was named General Manager of Bremco and has continued in that role since. Bremco has extensive experience in “9” Chrome applications as well as panel/ harp replacement and has performed Code repairs in 34 states and three countries.
